A quick and easy game that can be played to help reinforce the empowering examples and concepts from the books. This game is similar to the teaching moment suggestions in that it uses some of the empowering examples in the stories. For this game, you’ll find a PDF that can be printed out. There is a version for 1 sided printing and 2 sided printing. It could be used as a full print out or could be cut into cards. The idea of this game is that you can use these cards and accompanying suggestions, to ask your loved one if they remember what happened in that scene and then discuss how that empowering example from the story is also true about them. For this game, or perhaps it's more of an activity, there is a PDF that can be printed. On the PDF there are images from the books and an empowering statement. The idea of this game is that the printout is cut into strips and then the strips are folded up and placed in a cute bag, or a box or a bowl. Then each day, your loved one picks one of them out and that is the fact of the day. You can then ask them what the fact of the day is throughout the day and at bedtime and discuss how that is true about them. There is also a printout with just the images but no text if you'd like to use this but write your own statements.
